Casa Blanca

If the walls of Casa Blanca could talk, they would tell a tale of Puerto Rico’s rich past. It was built for Juan Ponce de Leon, the first governor of this Spanish colony. Over the decades, Casa Blanca has been lovingly restored to the original grandeur of a 16th and 17th century nobleman's home. Several lush gardens host a breathtaking view of the harbor and La Fortaleza, the governor's residence. Casa Blanca is a wonderful venue for a pleasant outdoor cocktail party. There is covered backup space in the event of rain but the status of the air-conditioning of that back-up can vary from year to year. This would suffice quite nicely for a party of up to about 80 to 100 persons.
