The arrival and departure transportation was all well-coordinated and monitored. It is quite the feat to plan and execute successful transportation for over 200 guests traveling from all over the world to the small island of Vieques and you and your team did so with true grace, professionalism, and precision, ensuring that all of our guests were appropriately accommodated. Mayra, I received your thank you card today which reminded me that I want to write and tell you what a great job you did. Both Eda and Jorge did an exceptional job. Your attention to every detail put my mind at ease, so I didn't need to worry about anything. I always felt that my group was in good hands the minute I met the greeter assigned to the group. I wanted to first of all thank you for the excellent service that you and your staff provided to our groups. Everyone was wonderful but Carina was above and beyond helpful. These trips are very stressful when planning but with Carina, she was on top of things before I even had to ask. In my 15+ years of corporate event planning, I can say that TSI is one of the best DMCs I have ever worked with! When we return to Puerto Rico, I will not hesitate to use your firm again! KUDOS to the drivers for their expert navigations up to GSJ. My golfers said that it was the most beautiful course they ever played. Service was phenomenal! The Social Responsibility inter-active component at the school for the deaf children was OUTSTANDING!! Thank you so much for arranging this. It’s hard to believe that its already been a month since our great meeting at the Conrad San Juan.
