SAMPLE MENUS FOR FINE DINING RESTAURANTS
Menu rates are subject to change at any time up until we get the restaurant to sign off on a specific booking. It is at that time that we are either successful in locking in the current rate (often for two or three years running) or receive notice of an inevitable rate increase. We feel it better to not request new rates each year, that in the long run it works to the advan-tage of our clients.
