First I have to recognize the efforts of Christopher who answered my questions, gave me pricing, and was very responsive to all of my questions. He was always there for me and he really presented me with good options. Also, I cannot say enough good things about Mayra…she is the very BEST! The thing that is most impressive – she is willing to do extra work to be sure the client’s expectations are over achieved. She even made suggestions on things she could double check to make our dinners better. She never seemed to mind the back and forth questions and trying to come up with a solution that would meet our budget and make everyone happy. She is truly someone who should be recognized for her efforts --- she is an exemplary employee. She is professional and yet personable but most importantly, she makes sure things are perfect. Both of these individuals represent your company very well and if they were my employees I would be sure everyone knows what a great asset and contribution they make to the company.

The walking tour was a challenge due to the San Sebastian festival but guides Victor and Moira did a great job at the fort and then taking group down backstreets so all could get a feel for Old San Juan.

Hi Joanne – it was nice speaking with you when I was in Puerto Rico – even if it was late at night.
I wanted to take a minute to tell you what a great job your staff has done for us on [program name]. Alicia is always great to work with during the initial planning stages – she’s full of ideas and suggestions and always fun to work with.
As you know, [program name] threw us a few curve balls – what with the weather, cancelled flights, pop-up dinners, etc. But Mayra was always available to assist, and had great suggestions for the VIP dinners. The entire staff was extremely professional! I especially enjoyed working with Sacha Delgado and Stacey Bozeman. Joanne and the entire team from Travel Services went above and beyond with our group. When the weather took a turn for the worse, she and her team helped to coordinate options for 300+ people with less than a day's notice. She kept her cool and was the ultimate professional. We had a situation involving the police on our group's main departure day and we utilized the staff from TSI to help transfer certain pax to/from police station and then to different hotels and even the airport without offering much information. I don't know if you heard or not, but I had a pretty good size group (300+) in SJU over the last couple of week-ends. I came down for their arrival and departure. The arrival went perfect - the staff were on top of everything and did a fine job. Micky was a charm and looked after everything.
On their return we found out at the last minute the return charter flight was canceled. Needless to say this becomes a very intense situation but you should be very proud of your staff! They were wonderful. I contacted Ivette, who is great, at 800am on Saturday and she got the ball rolling immediately. Although the group was split at 3 different hotels with all the luggage in one truck it all worked! The staff was always smiling. I'm sorry I do not remember all the names but a big Thank You to All!

On behalf of my entire group. . .I want to thank you and your team for providing us such excellent service during our recent stay in San Juan. Beginning with my initial site visit which was so expertly coordinated by Sacha Delgado, and continuing throughout our meeting your staff handled every event and transfer with complete professionalism.
I appreciated the creativity and uniqueness given to each of our events, the timeliness and organization of every transfer. . . and especially the friendliness and knowledge of every one of your staff. Any time we asked a question of any of them about local history, customs, facts, etc. we were pleasantly surprised to get some very interesting and thorough answers - and some colorful stories too.

Kareemah! You were absolutely right about the transfers!!!! How funny is it that we specifically mentioned that this group needed their hands held and he admitted it himself! This is well deserved feedback for you…I can’t thank you enough for everything you did. • A Big Thank You to the People in PR!!
I just had to let you all know what a wonderful group of people we were dealing with on the ground in San Juan for our elaborate 60th birthday celebration for OthelloCruiser.
For one whole year we planned a huge gala welcome at the pier in San Juan: a full salsa band; a tent with tables and chairs; tuxedoed waiter passing glasses of champagne and delicious native delicacies; an air conditioned van fully stocked with treats and special drinks, and a driver; an itinerary that would take us to El Morro, San Cristobal; a look at the birth place of our beloved CEO; a favorite seaside restaurant at the Escambron Officer's Club for lunch; a tour of historic Old San Juan; dinner at the Parrot Club; dancing at Nuyorican Cafe; and then back to the Crown.
When the Crown's "list" cut short our trip by 2 days and Princess eliminated San Juan as a port, we were devastated. When the company that we were dealing with on the ground in San Juan heard what happened, they immediately contacted me on the ship by email and said that they would refund all of the money we had sent them! Today, I in fact received all of our deposit money and other monies paid to them as a refund in full!
Since they are NOT a travel agency in any way shape or form, but they ARE a landbased excursion and landbased activity group, I would like to thank them publicly. The Travel Services, Inc. company in San Juan, Puerto Rico are the most honorable, accommodating, and wonderful people that your very own homeboys have had the pleasure to deal with. They are a fine group of customer service people with a great deal of integrity. A special heartfelt thank you especially to the two young women who have literally helped us for months to plan this special return home for Othellocruiser's 60th birthday celebration:

We were exceptionally impressed with the group set up that you arranged for us with American Airlines. Sue and I stayed at the pier until the 12:15 p.m. shuttle to the airport to make sure that our guests knew what they were doing and where they were going. When we arrived at the airport, our luggage was easy to find, we walked into the airport, checked in right away and went to the gate. While going to the TSA screening area, we notice people in the AA check-in line who were on our cruise, but not our guests. We saw these guests leave for the airport right behind our group of guests that went directly to the airport (2 hours prior). They were still in line trying to check in for their flight while our guests had spent and extra 2 hours in Old San Juan, checked in and were already at the gate. We were very pleased that our guests were able to leave with great memories and not have to end their trip with a long and slow moving line at the airport.
